Assist with the development of a full Social Program providing advice and quotes on options, venues and suppliers. Coordinate suppliers as required including photographers, entertainers, caterers and venue requirements. Assist with the conference welcome reception or gala dinner, excursion for participants, pre or post-conference tour.
